I have no idea when this happened but it would be quite a shock if you were on the front elephant. Just look at the faces of all involved and you will see just about every emotion possible.

For years they have been trying to come up with software that would recognize how you were speaking to put that information directly on the screen. Several years ago I tried a product called Dragon naturally speaking and found it was very difficult to work with and frequently had more mistakes than it did correct ones. Since I produce a great deal of reports for all medical cases that I see I thought I would give the software a new shot and see if it was up to my expectations. The new software is called Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 . I thought about getting the Dragon medical version but the price of my prior experience made me shy away from it. I just finished dictating five of my ultrasound case reports in under 30 minutes with very few mistakes. In fact, I am dictating this post with Dragon 10, and it only had to correct one error.
